At DIGIX, we focus on delivering high-quality customized products. As most items are personalized, the following refund terms apply:
Customized Products

No refunds or returns on personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us.

Customers must review and approve artwork before production.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or appropriate solution.
Non-Custom Products
Unused and standard items may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to approval.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
