By accessing our Shopify store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Customization
All customized products are made based on the artwork/design approved by the customer. DIGIX is not responsible for errors in approved designs.

2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation.

3. Order Approval
Customers must review and approve mockups or design previews before production begins. No changes can be made after approval.

4. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure they have the legal rights to use any logos, images, or content provided for customization. DIGIX is not liable for copyright or trademark issues.

5. Returns & Refunds
Customized products are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our error. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability
DIGIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delays.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
